    Not SECO

Posted by Ausitn on Jul 13th 2026

This is not a SECO vest. I decided to try the Pro version because it was more reasonably priced and appeared to have all the same features. After receiving it and loading up my gear, it became clear that many details just aren’t the same. The pocket dimensions are too large for the flaps to securely hold items, and the non-mesh material feels noticeably thinner and cheaper. After using it for a couple of days on the job, I decided to bite the bullet, buy the genuine SECO, and put this one in the back of the shed. There’s nothing overtly wrong with it — it just doesn’t match the quality I’m used to. When you wear something every day for work, you want the best.
