Sales Tax Exemptions

If you are a tax-exempt entity, please follow these steps before ordering so that we may setup your online account properly:

1. Create an account on our site, if you have not done so already.
2. Visit our Avalara CertExpress page to complete validation (browser pop-ups must be enabled).
3. Email admin@surveysupplyinc.com and let us know you’ve completed the 2 steps above.
4. Once your certificate is manually validated, we will flag your account as tax-exempt and email you to confirm. You can then proceed to order tax-free moving forward on our website!
