Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. The only time there will be a restocking fee is if an item was a drop-shipped item, and the manufacturer charges a restocking fee, we would pass that along.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the return is due to customer error, the customer is to pay for the return freight.

If an LTL shipment was attempted and refused by the customer, and returned to us (the shipper), the original shipment fees, as well as the return shipment fees, will be deducted from any refund.  Please note, some orders qualify for 'free shipping'; note that there is still a cost associated with these shipments, that you, the customer, does not initially pay for, however, these original shipment costs, as well as the return shipment costs, will be deducted from any refund if an LTL shipment is refused and returned.

We will process your refund once we have possession of the return and will refund to the original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed.
