- Where are your wood stakes manufactured? Our premium Wood Stakes are manufactured at our manufacturing plant in South Carolina.
- Where are your distribution centers? Delaware and South Carolina.
- Where do you ship your products? Anywhere in the continental United States.
- What addresses cannot be shipped to? Our website calculates shipping to residential and commercial address within the lower 48 states. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- I have received a shipping error during checkout, what do I do? If you are receiving an error with shipping, please confirm that you have input a complete, UPS-recognized shipping address. - How do "free shipping" items ship? Items marked with free shipping on our website will ship either via UPS Ground or LTL Freight to the continental United States only. If any products labeled free shipping are combined with other items that are not free shipping, any expedited service chosen during checkout (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) will only apply to those products in the cart that are not labeled free shipping. For any free shipping items that require expedited service, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
- We want to order a pallet of Wood Stakes, how will they be delivered? We ship our Wood Stakes via LTL Freight anywhere in the continental United States.
- We want to order a few bundles of Wood Stakes, is that possible? Small orders of 1-4 bundles can be shipped via UPS.
- How does LTL Freight work? Standard service includes bringing your pallet to the tail end of the trailer. If lift gate service is added on, the driver will bring the pallet down to ground level. From that point, it is the customers responsibility to move the product inside. The driver can be asked to move the pallet within a short distance of the truck, but this is up to the drivers discretion. If the driver is directed to pull the pallet through a threshold with his pallet jack (garage door, etc...), this is considered 'inside delivery' and will incur significant extra charges, at the customers expense.
- If an LTL shipment was attempted, but nobody was on site to receive the shipment, redelivery fees will apply (can be substantial), if the carrier is to come back another day to reattempt delivery (the pallet would go back to the distribution center, get re-scanned in the warehouse, and then get re-routed and moved to another trailer for re-delivery).
- If an LTL shipment was attempted and refused by the customer, and returned to us (the shipper), the original shipment fees, as well as the return shipment fees, will be deducted from any refund. Please note, some orders qualify for 'free shipping'; note that there is still a cost associated with these shipments, that you, the customer, does not initially pay for, however, these original shipment costs, as well as the return shipment costs, will be deducted from any refund if an LTL shipment is refused and returned.
